Steele Zinn

Steele's father Vex Finn was a con-artist, a thief and on the run from the El-Aurian government for crimes against the Chancellor's daughter.

He ran for a century all across the galaxy until he and his wife settled on Earth in Philadelphia Pa. Shortly after Steele was born Vex fought with his wife and abandoned his family on Earth never to be seen again.

In the 22nd century Electra, Steele's mother, thought it was to dangerous to reveal the existence of El-Aurians to the primitive earthlings so they hid. They blended in every major city on Earth and on every colony in Sol system. They used make-up to make them look appropriate to their age in human years then every 50 years then change their identities and go through it all over again.

When Steele grew up he went to the University Of Pennsylvania's Wharton business school and earned a dual masters in business and real estate management. He also earned a dual bachelor's degree at the Arts Institute in Philadelphia in painting and the Culinary Arts. After graduation Steele worked his way to owning a chain of Italian restaurants, pizza joints and Realty companies spanning the entire solar system.

In 2293 El-Aurian refugees came fleeing from the Borg. This had a bitter-sweet affect on Steele and his mother.
Hearing that her civilization had been destroyed ended Electra's fifth marriage and sent her into a deep depression. Except for being upset about his mother's condition this was a great event for Steele. Now that Earth had known about the existence of El-Aurians he could change back to his own name and regain his youthful appearance.

The icing on the cake happened a year later when his father died and left him a billion credits and a broken down spaceship. Steele then earned a doctorate in engineering and fixed up his ship, which he named the Eagle, into space worthy condition.

He donated the rest of his inheritance to charity and became a major philanthropist of the 23rd century.

He used his ship and the connections he made from being a philanthropist to become a trader in goods all over known space.

Then replicators were invented and as Steele put it. "The fun went out of trading."

He continued his other businesses until his mother passed away. Her last words were. "Get back into space and become something bigger then yourself!"

Since he believed in the prime directive and the fundamentals the Federation represents he joined Starfleet.

His interest are football, cooking, painting, botany and Geology.
