Father is Senator V'et representing Krocton on the Senate floor. The V'et family rose to prominence after the assassination of the Senate by Praetor Shinzin. A Powerful family they are highly educated and among the political elite.
Graduated 2nd in Class at the Romulan Military Academy against his father's will. With careful persuasion of Selva D'valn allowed T'alin to attend.

T'alin is seen as a rising star, and is destined for a Senate seat.
Clean bill of health, but unbenounced to T'alin his Vulcan ancestry is closer than most Romulans, Selva is not his real mother.

Has started to suffer headaches from non-meditation/and deep vivid dreams due to strong unknown telepathic abilities from his vulcan ancestry.
Well built, athletic. Some sort of Romulan symbol tatooed hidden on his upper right shoulder. His skin complexion is darker appearing akin to what would be a mixture of African and Caucasian decent on Earth i.e. olive complected (tan). Very minor ridges are apparent if any.
